Time sensitive to declines, flexibility to changing requirements made Dipesh Patel and his team a pleasure to work with. I'm not sure anyone else could have programmed what our team dreamed up. We have definitely expanded the capability, function, and scope of work that can be done from Sugarcrm. From one button automatic retrieval of data from different modules, specialized calculations, specialized formatted data export for use in other databases, Dipesh has risen to every challenge and has exceeded our expectations. I will definitely find these guys when I have future work!
I have been working with Dipesh for over 2 years with different projects. I definitely recommend Dipesh. The guys at offshore evolutions are great. If you need a contractor that will stand by your side and be always ready to do their best you just found. I am closing this contract because it has been on for a long time and I feel like I need to write something about them to let people know. I have another contract with Dipesh's partner Asif which will be on for the continued work.
First time that we have used Upwork. We feel lucky to have found Dipesh: he is skilled, communicates well, gets the job done, and is very pleasant to work with. Our CRM application was down because of (a) a PHP upgrade done by our hosting provider, and (b) an undetected failure of their backup. Dipesh was able to successfully recreate the CRM application, upgrade it to the latest release, and make it ready for use. We will definitely use Dipesh if we have other tasks like this in future, and recommend him for website, My-SQL database, PHP, and Linux work.
Did a Sugar CRM modification for me. Great communication, no need for endless explanations and no misunderstandings, quite unusual here on oDesk actually...;-) Suggested a great solution and then did it within estimated hours and in an upgrade safe way. A bit expensive, but worth it compared to the cheap ones, believe me.

Moved sugarCrm from windows server to CentOs Server, went smooth and with no issues. Users didn't even notice the change except for improved performance!
